Ways to Access Support

Start with the pathway that fits your situation.

Not sure which pathway applies? Our team can talk it through with you before you commit.

Before You Begin

You deserve to understand the cost before you start.

We'll explain the likely cost, available funding and any expected out-of-pocket amount before your first appointment. The figures below may change, so we'll confirm what applies to your service and situation when you book—without pressure or unnecessary surprises.

Private & Medicare-Funded Services

Mental Health Services

If you have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, a Medicare rebate may reduce the amount you pay for eligible services. Ask us what may apply to you.

Registered Psychologist Session Fee$252.99 Medicare Rebate$101.55 Out-of-Pocket$151.44
Clinical Psychologist Session Fee$310 Medicare Rebate$149.05 Out-of-Pocket$160.95
Counselling Session Fee$160 Medicare RebateNot available Out-of-Pocket$160
Accredited Mental Health Social Worker Session Fee$195 Medicare Rebate$89.50 Out-of-Pocket$105.50

Medicare rebate amounts are set by the schedule and don't change with our fees, so the out-of-pocket differs depending on which clinician you see. Rebates shown are current as at 1 July 2026. Eligibility depends on your Mental Health Treatment Plan and the clinician providing the service — we'll confirm what applies to you before you book.

Understanding Your Options

Funding Pathways

Private

You can contact us directly for private support for yourself or a family member. You generally won't need a referral letter, and we'll confirm the full fee before you book.

Medicare

If you have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan, you may receive a rebate for eligible sessions with a registered psychologist, clinical psychologist or accredited mental health social worker. We'll help you understand the likely out-of-pocket amount.

NDIS

We work with self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed participants for eligible services. We'll review the relevant details with you and explain how the support may fit your plan.
